Performed PhEDEx, Squid, and VDT upgrades. Updated network configuration (subnet mask changed).

MK -- Removed Squid corrupted cache, updated VDT to 1.10.1r, updated HN network configuration, created PhEDEx Rocks appliance

Squid according to these directions, which were necessary due to recent changes in Frontier caching (for FastSim purposes).
VDT according to release p, release q, and release r directions in the CE and WNclient installation areas. globus-ws and apache wouldn't start, as before, because already running and can't seem to kill (cleanly anyway). Will be rebooting HN tomorrow, so will handle this issue then.
Network configuration has changed the subnet mask from 255.255.255.192 to 255.255.255.0.
PhEDEx Rocks appliance details here. PhEDEx node now has updated partitions of /scratch and /tmp, instead of /state/partitionX, Rocks default. Had to reinstall PhEDEx to get it to use the new directory structure.
