Mapped affiliated users to special grid accounts, created special low priority user.

MK -- Handled condor priorities & queues

Created uscms01low user and set priority low:
condor_userprio -setfactor uscms01low@local 100
Mapped recent abusive user to this low priority account.
Created grid-equivalent account for MK, mapped in grid mapfile and submitted test CRAB jobs to check permissions. Submitted first to stageout to new user_remote_dir, submitted second to existing user_remote_dir, setting ownership to new user name:
chown -R g_user:users /data/se/store/user/h_user
(g_user is the new grid user and h_user is their hypernews user name).
Tests succeeded, so created grid-equivalent accounts for the folks who have used it the most (Ken, Malina, Ellie, Marguerite, Dinko, Jeff, Francesco). Will add more later on request (user must already have a grid cert in the CMS VO).

MK -- Updated krb5, removed user from grid-mapfile

Turned off edg-mkgridmap and removed user manually for now. Will have to turn back on ASAP as soon as issue is solved.

MK -- Updated acpid

MT & MK -- Installed zlib-devel on INs

Ellie needed the devel version of zlib on the interactive nodes. MT installed in the previous week on intearctive-0-0. No problems, so MK installed on interactive-0-1 and added to IN Kickstart. Didn't add any note about this in the admin guide as this is probably a LQ-specific library.
